Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@yhallprostore.com. We will provide you with a free prepaid return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are free for customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
