Unused, unopened, and in the same condition received
In original packaging with proof of purchase

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfumes, oils, or beauty products
Gift cards or digital items
Clearance or final-sale items
🔁 Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email support@yhallprostore.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
